Freddys Revenge!!


Wow what a day!!

This was one heavy WOD

I did some strength training and tried for a new 5 rep max on my back squat

Backsquat
5-5-5

130kg PB

The workout was called Freddys Revenge

5 rounds of
5 push jerks
10 burpees

for time;

10.21

This was awful and got the bruises to prove it.

2 Big PB's today... Lets keep'em coming :)
