Simon: I have found my love in fitness by a training method called CrossFit. I have been doing CrossFit for about 2 and have been a CrossFit Level 1 trainer for about a year and Co own CrossFit Central Manchester. Other things I do enjoy are playing video games and watching movies. I am a major Halo and Transformer geek...Everyone has there Geek side.. ;)
